Meet Samera Arkel, Woodbury Owner
Samera Arkel is a mother, business owner, and a proud member of the Altadena community. As the owner of the Woodbury Co-Op Center, part of The Altadena Coalition, she’s created a space for locals to come together, host events, and rent office space.
After the Eaton Canyon fires, Samera dedicated herself to giving back to the community that means so much to her. She continues to open the doors of Woodbury not only as an event center but also as a co-op center, providing a place where Altadena residents and organizations can collaborate and support each other during this time of recovery.
Her commitment to Altadena is evident in every aspect of the Co-Op Center, which stands as a testament to Samera’s passion for rebuilding a strong, connected Altadena community.
